Had some doubts about this company in the beginning, but it turns out they are just brilliant. Service is impeccable, they sent me a replacement gun the next day, and when I said that I was having an issue with the smoker device, again, no problems, a new smoking unit came two days later. This is service as it should be, and like I said before the new M3 Sherman from Heng Long is a step up for them with great details and an excellent box of accessories to really make the tank look the part, not just as working model, but a great looking show piece on the shelf too. Well done HAYA , As a new customer, I'm well pleased and will be back, that's for sure.

I just finished the final assembly of the tank with the box of accessories added and it looks better than the short film HOWEVER, the crucial machine gun barrel is missing (part number TK-AC003) which is needed to obviously finish off the appearance of the tank. I hope they will send me a replacement gun barrel and then I can post that it has been done.
